This one broke my heart and inspired me at the same time! Penny, I have made the same statement about my dying...my daughter was born with a heart/lung condition (she's "normal" now...and that was/is pure music to my ears!), but we have a bond, one that I never want severed until she can take care of herself, until she's independent. (Okay, there's an ex involved also that just doesn't need custody of my baby!) My prayer is always...please let me live to raise my daughter. Enjoying online discussions and meeting the people who truly make a difference in so many lives...well, that is just one of the perks along the way!
